Standup Paddleboard  Yoga is a unique outdoor experience that blends the joy of water activity with the beauty of yoga!

This summer we have SUP Yoga and SUP 101

Learn the basics of SUP, safety and have fun on the water or take a journey into SUP Yoga with us!

All classes are

Saturday 9:30-10:45

  • All-levels fun
  • An introduction, safety, getting on the board and yoga!
  • 75-90 minutes in length
  • Have all gear included
  • In beautiful lakes with amazing views and setting!
