Anne Kristine Etherton, MS, RDN, LDN, NASM-CPT, RYT 200
This is Anne Kristine, our founder/owner, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ,and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, NASM - Certified Personal Trainer and yoga teacher. She is a military wife, and has traveled and lived in several locations. She has obtained a broad array of experience and knowledge from all of them, from receiving her yoga certificate in 2009 to completing her Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has had over 10 years of experience in the fitness and health world, and has a passion to help clients reach their nutrition and wellness goals. Her biggest motivation and reward is seeing people achieving their goals and having life changing results.
Elizabeth Fay, MS, RDN, CSPCC, CNSC
Elizabeth is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition, and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics, minoring in Spanish at the University of Rhode Island. She has extensive experience in pediatric and adult clinical nutrition, as well as community and outreach nutrition education and program development. Her nutrition interests focus on evidence-based, individualized nutrition counseling to help clients and patients be the most successful to meet their nutrition goals. Elizabeth is a pediatric nutrition expert and also has a special interest in working with vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based diets.
Mattie Hinson, ACE-CPT, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight Management Specialist and Health Coach
Mattie Hinson is a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. In addition to having 8 years working in health and fitness, she also has certifications in both Fitness Nutrition and Weight Management. She has experience coaching running, strength training, weightlifting, and CrossFit. She has worked with individuals of varied ages, ability levels, disease conditions and injuries. Her love for fitness and teaching has been a lifelong passion! She hopes to help individuals she works with find an exercise and movement program that gives them joy and helps them realize their best health. Currently, she is completing a Master of Science in Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport with the intention to become a Clinical Nutritionist soon thereafter. When she is not working with clients or completing graduate schoolwork, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two small children and giant German Shepherd. She looks forward to applying her skills as a personal trainer and nutritionist to your needs, goals and success stories!
Anthony Wind, MS, RDN
Anthony is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Hampton Virginia. Originally from New York State, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine at SUNY Cortland and Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Columbia University in New York City, where he also completed his professional rotations to earn his dietetics licensure. When not working with Nuleeu, he works as a Home Based Primary Care Clinical Dietitian at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton Virginia, proudly providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals who have served. He has extensive experience in adult clinical nutrition, individual and group nutrition counseling, and nutrition education. As an avid endurance athlete who has completed several ultra-marathons around the country, he understands the important benefits food has on human performance. His special interests are diabetes management, weight management, sports nutrition, and digestive health, among others. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking and sightseeing historic locales around Virginia with his wife.
Kaitlyn Cantley, MS, RDN
Kate is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She attended West Virginia University where she earned two bachelor’s degrees in Nutrition and Russian Studies, and has also earned a master’s degree in Dietetics through Iowa State University. She enjoys working with people of diverse backgrounds to create individualized plans for those she works with to optimize health and well-being through nutrition. She has experience in acute-care and long-term care as well as providing nutrition counseling to people with a wide variety of clinical needs and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, gardening, and learning languages.
Maygen Congrove, RYT 200
Maygen is one of our yoga teachers and administrative team members at Nuleeu! She is a homegrown Pennsylvanian, but has lived in several other cities in the U.S. like Mississippi, California, Florida and Virginia. She discovered yoga after being involved in a traumatic car accident, and found the positive, uplifting outlet she needed. It wasn’t long after her first class that she signed up for her first round of yoga teacher training, which she has since completed. She is now determined to spread the benefits of yoga for mental and emotional health in her classes.
Emma Mack , Health Coach in Training /Nuleeu Admin Team
Meet Emma our Patient Coordinator! She's been in the health and wellness industry for a little over two years now. She is truly passionate about holistic health. Currently she is pursuing a master health coach certification through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. In her free time she enjoy cooking, baking, playing with her dog chai and cat coconut, as well as being outdoors. The beach/ocean is her happy place and her favorite thing to do is stand up paddle board with chai.
Eileen M Galvin, LMT RYT-200
Eileen is a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga instructor. With 23 years experience as a massage therapist and over a decade of yoga experience, five as an instructor, focus is always on safety and correct alignment in yoga classes.
In addition to traditional yoga class, Eileen also teaches SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga during the warmer months. This is your opportunity to take your yoga practice onto the beauty of the water. Specialized paddleboards allow us to practice yoga, help build core strength and connect with nature. All levels are welcome, but because this practice is on the water, the ability to swim is required.
Eileen received her BA from Radford University in 1989, her Massage Therapy diploma from Applied Kinesiology Studies in 1998 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 from Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga.

Kimberly A. Tessmer, RDN, LD
Kim is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio as well as a published author. Kim is the founder and owner of Nutrition Focus, which offers nutritional services for small and large organizations/businesses. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition and has authored nine books to date. Kim graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Dietetics. She worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and as a corporate dietitian for three national weight loss companies. Kim is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a member of the ADA Practice Group, Nutrition Entrepreneurs.
Suzanne Fisher MS, RD, LDN
Suzanne has 25 years of experience in weight loss management, nutritional counseling, sports nutrition, meal planning and recipe creation. She is a Registered Dietitian and licensed as a Nutritionist in the State of Florida. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Her scope of practice for the online sector is vast, having worked for leading online weight loss programs including eDiets. My most recent project was developing the meal plans for the first online weight loss program specially designed for the pediatric population.
Daniel J. Muppidi, MD
Dr. Muppidi is a graduate of Osmania Medical College, India. He trained in Internal Medicine at the New York Downtown Hospital – Cornell Medical Center, New York and in the field of Allergy and Immunology at the SUNY Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn, NY. Later, he trained in Clinical and Laboratory Immunology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Allergy – Clinical Immunology and Clinical / Laboratory Immunology. Dr. Muppidi has been in full-time private practice since 1996. Previously, he was Senior clinical Instructor in Medicine, Tufts University, Boston and Instructor in Medicine, Harvard Medical School, Boston.
Stacy Cappadona, MS, RD, LDN, CSCS
Stacy is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition from Florida State University. Since then, she has had the honor of working with active duty military members, their families, and the special operations teams of the United States Air Force, along with rural communities in Southern Oregon. Her most recent project is as an entrepreneur bringing her business online.
Dr Zacharia Reda, MD
Dr. Zacharia Reda is board-certified in pediatric medicine, pediatric critical care. He has been in practice for over 22 years, treating thousands of children in primary pediatric care, newborn, adolescent, pulmonary, critical and intensive care. Dr. Reda served his pediatric internship and residency at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York, and at LAC/USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, respectively. Additionally, he completed a pediatric critical care fellowship at UCLA.
