Eileen is a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga instructor. With 23 years experience as a massage therapist and over a decade of yoga experience, five as an instructor, focus is always on safety and correct alignment in yoga classes. In addition to traditional yoga class, Eileen also teaches SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga during the warmer months. This is your opportunity to take your yoga practice onto the beauty of the water. Specialized paddleboards allow us to practice yoga, help build core strength and connect with nature. All levels are welcome, but because this practice is on the water, the ability to swim is required.
Eileen received her BA from Radford University in 1989, her Massage Therapy diploma from Applied Kinesiology Studies in 1998 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 from Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga.
