I really enjoy SUP yoga at lone star lake! It’s super laid back and fun - I had never been on SUP board before and they made sure I knew the basics and really helped me enjoy the experience. I am no yoga master and I still really enjoy the yoga portion as well. The instructors are really nice and helpful

I have trained with Mattie for about 4 months now. We have worked on my nutrition as well as my personal training . She has been very informative and encouraging when it comes to maintaining healthier food choices. She also makes workouts fun and effective.
