Movement Classes

What To Expect From Group Movement Class.

All of our classes are designed to be appropriate for all levels of fitness.

We ask that you arrive at lease 15 minutes prior to your class to allow for check-in

We recommend reserving a spot in advance for workshops, as space can be limited

Our instructors and teachers are very experienced in walking beginner to advanced students through the classes, so they will guide you each step of the way. Classes range from 45-60 minutes in length.

Nutrition Classes

What To Expect From Group Nutrition Class.

Nutrition Classes are educational with group discussion. Your instructor will have a presentation but also allow for questions on the topic during the class.

We ask that you arrive at lease 15 minutes prior to your class to allow for check-in

Classes are 60 minutes in length.
