Week-by-Week Breakdown: Empowered Eating

Phase 1: Onboarding, Consultations, and Personalized Meal Planning (Weeks 1-2)

  • Client Onboarding: October 7th -November 4th 
    • Initial Consultations: Schedule one-on-one Zoom calls with me to discuss your specific goals, dietary needs, and food history.
    • Meal Plan Customization: Receive customized meal plan and cookbook, start to use system and meal plan!
    • Support Materials: Review  onboarding guide and pre-course resources 

Phase 2: Course & Group Support (Weeks 1-12)

    • Group Sessions: Live based on module

Additional Considerations:

  • There are 3 session that are open group session during the holiday weeks, these are to provide support through the holidays 
  • The last 3 sessions are support group session, no new content is reviewed but these weeks are important to discuss challenges and promote ongoing progress
