SUP Yoga 

In the first 60-minutes we will cover introduction to SUP, safety, getting on the water, basic skills and yoga! This is an all levels event and all are welcome! Enjoy being on the water and the benefits of yoga together! This gentle flow includes variations of seated and standing postures, with options to advance the level if you wish.

Guided Meditation with sound

We will end the session with a 30-minute guided meditation with sound on the water!

Join us  for a  guided meditation with sound for  savasana
Guided meditation supports a journey to deeper awareness and relaxation.
Sound Meditation combines the vibrations of singing bowls, bells, voice/mantra used to support relaxation and allow for deeper connection to self.

Join us as we connect to nature, celebrate and restore. There are three reservation types:

Full Paddle and Flow: $45 all SUP and equipment included, full 90-minute attendance

BYOP:  $25, Bring you own SUP and paddle, and join the whole program! All BYOP will need to bring their own personal flotation device and suggest anchor.

We recommend you bring water, towel, and anything you need to be comfortable during meditation. You may also want any other amenities you need for comfort, bug spray or other outdoor items.

Anne Kristine is the owner and founder of Nuleeu Nutrition and Wellness. She is a Registered Dietitian and advanced yoga teacher and enjoys working in both meditation and mindfulness with her clients. Her practice is focused on deepening roots, connections, self-acceptance and self-care. She is passionate about supporting clients in their journey to total wellness.

Eileen is a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga instructor. With 23 years experience as a massage therapist and over a decade of yoga experience, five as an instructor, focus is always on safety and correct alignment in yoga classes.
In addition to traditional yoga class, Eileen also teaches SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga during the warmer months. Eileen received her BA from Radford University in 1989, her Massage Therapy diploma from Applied Kinesiology Studies in 1998 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 from Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga.
